How this works

Section 7 of the Guidelines covers special or extraordinary expenses: child care, health costs over $100 a year not covered by insurance, extra school costs, post-secondary education and extraordinary extracurricular activities. These are normally shared in proportion to each parent's income, on top of the table amount.
